Holidays are coming up, and we didn’t plan ahead too well. What do we do now??? Using the eHCG during the Holidays or special event is a little hard to do. As we all know Thanksgiving is just around corner and as much as we love the low prices on black Friday that’s not usually what Thanksgiving is all about. It about spend time with the family while pigging out. Now, with that being said how are we suppose to get through the holiday or any other special events we may have? We have a huge choice to make here, with little choices to choose from. The best thing to do is stick with the program, this will be a little challenging but in the end this will pay off. The traditional turkey is not better for you; it does slow down you metabolize so be careful if you are thinking that turkey and veggies will be the perfect replacement.
The second choice you have is to have (dare I say this) a cheat day, we don’t recommend it but if you are going to do it we want to make sure you do this right. The day before your cheat day try to get a carb blocker. If a carb blocker is not available this is ok it is just recommended for best results. On the day of your cheat day do not stop the drops continue on as if you weren’t on the cheat day. The day after your cheat day you will follow up with an apple day. An apple day consists of 6 large apples for the whole day with nothing else. The only water you could consume at this time is only enough to clinch your thirst or take with your medication. After the apple day the next day you will go back to the normal 500 calories. Keep in mind cheating on the program will set you back a couple days and there is a chance that most likely YOU WILL GAIN. When doing the program on a special holiday or even maybe treat yourself to a taste refreshing treat such as strawberry lemonade.
- Strawberry Lemonade
- Juice of lemon to taste (only allowed the juice of 1 lemon throughout theday)
- Stevia natural
- Mix all together and serve.
