Do you honestly know what to look for when purchasing stevia? Did you know, not all stevia products purchased from the store are always the best choice? We see so many different brands and types of stevia, everything from powder to liquid stevia, but how can we tell them apart? Stevia is one of the natural sugar substitutes that is 300 times sweeter than sugar. It is not only sweeter than the other natural sugar substitutes competition but it is also safer. Stevia itself is healthy; it is just sometimes companies use additional sweeteners, which is not necessary. This is why below is a list of ingredients you should stay away from when looking for a great stevia product. We are however, looking forward to education individuals on the product.

The highest purity level of Rebaudioside “A” eliminates any of the licorice-like aftertastes associated with less pure stevia product on the market today. There are other natural sugar substitutes products out there that have erythritol in their product which is a sugar alcohol. This means it may affect your glycemic index. Also, they state there are 75% fewer calories per serving than sugar. We have zero calories, zero glycemic index, and have no additives.
On top of everything else we have both a powder and liquid stevia, so it could be used for baking or drinks. While using stevia, this will help us cut down on soda, sugary snacks, juice, and other sugary drinks. Everyone can change out their drinks by taking a bottle of water, milk, or tea and mixing it with one of our many flavored or plain stevia. On the other hand, they could add it to or in yogurt, apples, pies, cookies, and many other foods to make your food taste wonders with no added sugar or chemicals.
